STUDIO V Architecture is leading the design of a new residential community at the Bay Terrace Shopping Center for developer Cord Meyer. Situated in Bayside Queens, the project transforms underutilized upper-level parking areas into a vibrant, walkable extension of the existing mixed-use campus. The development introduces three five-story residential buildings totaling 145 units, thoughtfully integrated into the established retail environment to reinforce the long-term vitality of the Bay Terrace district.

The architectural approach balances contextual sensitivity with contemporary expression. Carefully articulated façades, calibrated massing, and landscaped setbacks create a human-scaled residential experience while strengthening visual and physical connections to the surrounding shops and public spaces.

Residents will have access to curated amenities designed to foster connection and comfort, including rooftop terraces, shared lounges, co-working areas, landscaped outdoor spaces, and below-grade parking with electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
